Yes, customer service has been great. Being my very first love doll. It took a little less than 15 days to arrive but it was worth the wait. This doll came exactly as described and functionally works like it should. She is adorable and feels amazing. Her skin is a little bit tacky (attracts hair and lint) but there are ways to improvise. The overall quality of the doll is great and I have no complaints about her.
